Terms of use

1. Website operator

rrlaw.ro is operated by Cabinet de Avocat „Rotaru Rareș”, Str. Muzelor no. 5A, Sector 4, Bucharest, a member of the Bucharest Bar.

2. Informational content

The published information is general. It is not legal advice, does not establish a lawyer-client relationship and cannot replace analysis of a particular case. Legislation and case law change, so material accurate when published may become outdated. A lawyer-client relationship arises only through a legal assistance contract under Law no. 51/1995 and the Statute of the Legal Profession.

3. Estimation tools

The alcohol and psychoactive-substance tools provide preventive estimates based on average values from the literature. They do not measure concentrations, establish actual levels, predict test results or tell anyone whether they can drive. Accuracy, precision and completeness are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the practice and website authors are not liable for decisions based exclusively on these estimates. Inputs are processed only in the browser and are not sent to the server. See the privacy policy.

4. Copyright

Website texts, legal analyses, articles, page structure, graphics, design, source code and estimation tools are protected by copyright and belong to Cabinet de Avocat „Rotaru Rareș”, except for material expressly attributed to other sources.

Without prior written permission, reproduction, copying, adaptation, translation, distribution, publication or other use of all or part of that content is prohibited, as is reuse of the tools’ source code, including automated extraction or derivative works. Brief quotations for information or commentary are permitted with attribution and a link to the original page.

Statutory texts and cited High Court and Constitutional Court decisions are official acts and are not subject to this copyright claim. Protection concerns the practice’s original selection, organisation, commentary and expression.

5. Automated use

Systematic automated extraction, bulk collection and use of content to train automated systems require prior written permission.

6. External links

The website may link to legislative portals and specialist publications. The practice is not responsible for their content.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. The version published when the website is accessed applies.

8. Applicable law

Use is governed by Romanian law. Disputes are determined by the courts competent for the practice’s registered office, subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules.
